Withdrawal, Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel registration in a SAT Preparation Class or ACT Preparation Class up to one week prior to the first class session. You can cancel registration in an Enrichment Class or Essay Workshop up to two weeks prior to the first class session.

• You can obtain a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. OR
• You can credit the payment toward a future class.

Credits expire 1 year after they are granted. Credits can be used for any of our classes and for any student. Credits are not restricted to be used for the same class or by the same student. We are unable to provide any refunds or credits towards a future class for cancellations requested less than the specified interval in advance of the first class meeting or session. We are unable to provide any refunds or credit for no-shows or missed classes. Much of the costs associated with our classes are incurred early in the registration cycle: hiring the instructor(s), room rental, bulk textbook purchases and overhead. As a volunteer run non-profit, we are unable to make exceptions to these policies.

Withdraw and Credit

You can Withdraw from a class by visiting Services:Registration and clicking on the or icons in the Action column. You must be logged on. You will be asked to verify your desire to withdraw by clicking again - now on the icon. Occasionally, Users will establish multiple profile registrations in our database. A credit with User "Joe Smith" will not be visible if you log on as "Joseph Smith". If you want a refund, contact the class coordinator:
